Confidence
Confidence is not something people wait to feel. It is earned by facing challenges, learning new skills and proving to themselves that they are capable.

Mahasanae Fight House is a modern martial arts home built from Thai heritage, high-level training experience and a deep understanding of Melbourne’s northern suburbs.
Authentic Muay Thai sits at the heart of the house, supported by passionate coaches across Jiu Jitsu, submission grappling, boxing, strength and youth development.
Matt Rintranulux is a Thai-Australian Muay Thai fighter, coach and lifelong student of martial arts. Born in Bangkok and raised in Melbourne’s northern suburbs, he grew up between two worlds: one shaped by the culture and traditions of Thailand, and the other by the people, families and communities of Melbourne’s north.
His journey eventually led him back to Thailand, where he spent years training, fighting, coaching and working within some of the country’s highest-level martial arts environments. Surrounded by world-class athletes, experienced coaches and people who had dedicated their lives to the craft, he continued developing a deeper understanding of technique, timing, rhythm, pressure, culture and the hidden language of Muay Thai.
His path later brought him to Wor Watthana Gym in rural Isaan, where he lived and worked closely with the gym community. It was there that Frances gave him the fight name Mahasanae.
But the lessons learned at Wor Watthana extended far beyond fighting. Matt witnessed children training while carrying pressures far beyond their years. Fighters using the sport to create opportunities for themselves and their families. Coaches giving their time, energy and knowledge to help the next generation move forward.
The gym was not simply a place to learn how to fight. It was a place of structure, identity, opportunity, connection and hope.
Those experiences became the foundation of Mahasanae Fight House.
A Thai kid raised in Melbourne’s north, returning to the source, developing his craft and bringing those lessons home.
Mahasanae Fight House exists at the intersection of two worlds.
It carries the authenticity, traditions and deeper values of Thai martial arts while understanding the lives of the people who live here: working adults, young families, complete beginners, children searching for direction and people trying to build something stronger within themselves.
Matt understands the long workdays, family responsibilities, cultural differences and pressures of growing up in Melbourne’s northern suburbs. He also understands what the right martial arts environment can give back.
A reason to leave the house. A meaningful challenge. A skill that creates earned confidence. A community where people know each other’s names. A path that gives young people discipline, identity and positive mentors.
Authentic Muay Thai, translated clearly and taught for the people of Melbourne’s north.
Modern life has made many people physically comfortable while leaving them mentally exhausted, disconnected and uncertain of what they are working towards.
People know they should exercise. They know they should spend less time on screens. They know they should challenge themselves more.
The problem is rarely a lack of knowledge.
The problem is not having an environment that creates accountability, momentum, real connection and something meaningful to pursue.
That environment is the Fight House.
Confidence is not something people wait to feel. It is earned by facing challenges, learning new skills and proving to themselves that they are capable.
Motivation disappears. Discipline remains. Training teaches people to keep the promises they make to themselves when the easier option is available.
People grow faster when they do not grow alone. The Fight House is designed to become a genuine community, not simply another place people visit and leave.
Training gives people something meaningful to pursue beyond work, school, screens and everyday responsibilities.
Muay Thai will always be the heart of Mahasanae Fight House, but the vision has always been larger than one person or one discipline.
Authentic Muay Thai develops rhythm, timing, resilience, confidence and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Gi and No-Gi grappling teach body awareness, adaptability and how to make intelligent decisions in difficult positions.
Boxing sharpens footwork, timing, defence, coordination and confidence in the ability to move with purpose.
Strength and conditioning build the physical foundation needed to train harder, move better and remain resilient over time.
Traditional knowledge should not be hidden behind intimidation, confusion or ego. It should be taught clearly, intelligently and with respect for every student’s starting point.
Lessons shaped by real experience living, training, fighting and coaching in Thailand while respecting the culture that created the art.
Purposeful classes, clear explanations and coaching systems that help students understand what they are learning and how they are improving.
No humiliation, reckless sparring or pressure to prove how tough you are. Train hard, respect others and help the entire room improve.
Mahasanae Fight House was deliberately created for complete beginners, working adults, parents, children and anyone who has ever wanted to try martial arts but felt they were not fit enough, confident enough or experienced enough to begin.
Nobody should have to prove they belong before they are allowed to learn.
Deserves patience and clear guidance.
Deserves depth and meaningful progression.
Deserves intelligent challenge and honest coaching.
Deserves structure, encouragement and positive mentorship.
The transformation rarely happens all at once.
It begins with walking through the door despite feeling nervous. Finishing a difficult round. Learning to remain calm while under pressure. Returning after a bad day. Throwing the first clean combination. Helping a newer student understand something.
Over time, those small victories begin changing more than physical ability.
The stressed worker finds a healthier way to release pressure. The isolated person becomes part of a community. The child who struggled with focus learns to listen, persist and believe in themselves. The person stuck in the cycle of work, scroll, sleep and repeat finds something meaningful to pursue.
They become calmer under pressure, more capable in adversity and more certain of who they are.
The real nightmare is not simply remaining unfit.
It is allowing another year to pass while feeling disconnected, uncertain, physically stagnant and disappointed in the person staring back in the mirror.
It is knowing something needs to change, but remaining trapped in the same routines because beginning feels uncomfortable.
The dream is not simply learning how to fight.
It is becoming disciplined, capable, connected and calm under pressure.
It is building a stronger body, a clearer mind, real confidence and a community that expects the best from you.
Mahasanae Fight House exists to become a genuine martial arts home for Melbourne’s northern suburbs.
A place where Thai culture is respected rather than imitated. Where authentic knowledge is made understandable. Where specialist coaches from different disciplines work together instead of competing for attention.
A place where children find mentors, adults rediscover purpose, complete beginners build confidence and people from every background find a community they are proud to belong to.
